Consumer dispute resolution

I am neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Liability for content

As a service provider, I am responsible for my own content on these pages under the general laws pursuant to Section 7(1) DDG. Under Sections 8 to 10 DDG, however, service providers are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances indicating unlawful activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect is only possible from the time a specific infringement becomes known. If I become aware of corresponding infringements, I will remove the content without undue delay.

I therefore cannot accept responsibility for that third-party content; the respective provider or operator is always responsible. No unlawful content was apparent when the links were added.
